AEW 5000

Overview

AEW 5000 is a fully automatic machine designed for high volume concrete product manufacturing. It produces fly ash bricks, paver blocks, hollow blocks, solid blocks, kerb stones, and RE blocks in different sizes and designs, making it suitable for manufacturers with demanding production requirements.

The machine can produce up to 4320 fly ash bricks per hour and up to 3600 Zigzag paver blocks per hour. It also supports optional colour infusion, batching, and automatic pallet stacking systems for a more organized and efficient production setup.
